What to expect.
I work at The Humber Therapy Centre in Beeston with parking availability.
Our sessions will be one-to-one and as frequent as you like.
I offer face-to-face, telephone and online counselling in the afternoons and evenings. Each session is 50 minutes long.
The initial consultation is around 30 minutes, completely free of charge, which can be either face-to-face, online or over the phone. This is an opportunity for us to meet and for you to talk about what has brought you to counselling. There is no obligation to continue after this meeting, but an opportunity for you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
